Rare Vintage Sterling Silver Taxco Double Croissant Brooch with a beautiful natural patina and heavy weight. Two swirling crescent shapes come together to form a nice, outsize silhouette that adds major impact to any look. Shiny gold wash panels add a dynamic look.

SIZE: One size fits all, roughly 2.5 inches long.

MATERIALS: Solid sterling silver, gold wash.

ERA: Estimated 1940s - 1970s.

CONDITION: In good condition, commensurate with age. Light wear throughout. Beautiful patina that we typically see in antique sterling silver. Could you polished if desired: we leave all patina as is for the next collector to decide the fate. The pin does not have a mechanism to seal it closed but it's pretty secure on its own; could be updated by a jeweler to add some additional safety.
