Return Policy

We accept returns under the conditions below. Contact us at customerservice@dollchunk.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, without damage, and contain all original packaging. You can receive store credit, or a refund to your original method of payment.

For all returns, if you request a refund to the original method of payment, a one time $10.95 restocking fee will be deducted.

If you request store credit, the restocking fee will be waived. We will send you a shipping label upon return confirmation if you are returning from the United States.

International customers are also responsible for the cost of shipping the item back. The restocking fee and shipping cost will be deducted from your return. Email us, and we will arrange a shipping label.

If you would like to exchange an item due to fit, you will need to return it. Once the return is accepted, we'll give you store credit, waive the restocking fee, and you can place another order.
