When will my order ship?

All normal orders have a 1-3 day processing time before they ship. If you ordered a pre-order item, it will ship according to the date listed on the product page. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders delivered within the United States. International shipping to all other destinations is free for orders totaling $500 or more. Other international shipping estimates are based on destination and are calculated at checkout.

Will I be charged a customs fee?

For orders outside of the U.S., a customs duty may be charged depending on the country in which you reside. Dollchunk is not responsible for payment of this duty. Your local carrier will contact you when your order is in customs to collect the fee. You must pay the necessary fees for your order to be released from customs.
