When will my order ship?
All normal orders have a 1-3 business day processing time before they ship. If you ordered a pre-order item, it will ship according to the date listed on the product page. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. However, certain countries may have laws and restrictions in place that we must follow which could prevent us from shipping to those countries.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders delivered within the United States. International shipping to all other destinations is free for orders totaling $500 or more. Other international shipping estimates are based on destination and are calculated at checkout.
Will I be charged a customs fee?
For orders outside of the U.S., a customs duty may be charged depending on the country in which you reside. Dollchunk is not responsible for payment of this duty. Your local carrier will contact you when your order is in customs to collect the fee. You must pay the necessary fees for your order to be released from customs.
Do you offer a warranty or repairs?
Dollchunk items are delicate and should be treated as such. Each piece is handcrafted in New York using materials such as solid sterling silver, acrylic, brass, and hand-placed crystals. Please consult our product descriptions online for information on specific materials. Avoid contact with direct sunlight, water, hand sanitizer, lotions and other liquids and be extra careful not to drop your jewelry. Please see our Use and Care Guide.
I have sensitive skin and/or allergies, is Dollchunk safe for my skin?
As with all jewelry, if you have sensitive skin or allergies, avoid prolonged contact and wear. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Please review the listing of materials used in our jewelry on each product page. Additionally, please read our Use and Care Guide for more information. Everyone's unique skin, allergies and reactions differ, so it's important to know your own sensitivities.
What size should I order?

What is your return policy?
We accept returns. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, without damage, and contain all original packaging. You can receive store credit, or a refund to your original method of payment.
For all returns, if you request a refund to the original method of payment, a one time $10.95 restocking fee will be deducted.
If you request store credit, the restocking fee will be waived. We will send you a shipping label upon return confirmation if you are returning from the United States.
International customers are also responsible for the cost of shipping the item back. The restocking fee and shipping cost will be deducted from your return. Email us, and we will arrange a shipping label.
If you would like to exchange an item due to fit, you will need to return it. Once the return is accepted, we'll give you store credit, waive the restocking fee, and you can place another order.
