Gorgeous, textural ice white, baby blue and glimmering teal faceted glass beads are artfully arranged and finished with a sterling silver clasp. The perfect Y2K gem that reminds us of something a real life Elsa from Frozen might wear. Likely handmade by an iconic bead shop queen in the early 2000s.
