SIZE: Roughly 3 inches across; very stretchy elastic well suited for all sizes, can double in size.

MATERIALS: Resin, cord.

ERA: Estimated 1990s - early 2000s.

CONDITION: In good secondhand condition, with some normal wear and tear that comes with age. Light visible scratching throughout.
