We’re taking a short break. All orders placed after September 21st will be shipped the week of October 20th.

Please allow up to two weeks for this item to ship due to its special hand-painted technique.

An inspired fever dream from 18th century France -- it's the mysteriously enchanting Masked Lady, Madame Blance. Her supernaturally sculptural face features hand-painted details, with a gloriously shiny porcelain-like doll skin. An excessively opulent statement for everyday decadence.

Madame Blanche comes in a brilliant shade of cloud white, with a shiny black mask and pink crown, detailed periwinkle hair, surreal scarlet red lips, airbrushed doll blush, and of course, brilliant crystal eyes and a stunning lemon yellow crystal mole. She sits on a solid sterling silver band engraved with our signature "you are loved" phrase.

Inspired by our personal collection of real antique masked lady patch boxes, which were porcelain objects used to stash faux moles in the 19th and 18th centuries, we gave this incredible object the unexpected and fun Dollchunk twist.

Origin story: The masked lady was born in the catacombs of a French castle where she would sneak out at night to attend masked royal balls and steal cake with fresh berries. She eventually saved enough money selling annuities to retire in her own chateau in Palm Beach, but is still known to sneak into a royal ball here and there.

Toxic trait: Hopeless romantic, dreamer and believer; fanciful optimist to a fault who loves to eat cake with fresh berries. Under investigation for unauthorized sale of annuities.

Each Dollchunk piece is handcrafted in New York City. Due to the handmade nature, each Dollchunk piece is one-of-a-kind and will vary slightly. Please see Materials and Use and Care Instructions below.

Use and Care Instructions

Dollchunk items are delicate and should be treated as such. Each piece is handcrafted in New York using materials such as solid sterling silver, ceramic,, hand-placed Czech crystals, brass and acrylic. Please consult our product descriptions online for information on specific materials. Avoid contact with direct sunlight, water, hand sanitizer, lotions and other liquids and be extra careful not to drop your jewelry.

Please follow these guidelines to avoid issues, and as with all jewelry, know your individual skin's sensitivities and allergies.

Water: Do NOT submerge your Dollchunk jewelry pieces in water. Do not shower or swim in them. Silver and other metals may rust or become tarnished. Remember to remove your Dollchunk before washing your hands, showering/bathing, and swimming. If your Dollchunk jewelry becomes wet, allow it to dry thoroughly before wearing again.

Chemicals: Avoid exposing your Dollchunk jewelry to harsh chemicals and cleaning products. This includes hand sanitizers, lotions, oils, perfume, hair spray, cleaning solutions, nail polish remover, and any similar products. These and other solvent chemicals will react to silvers, metals and other materials, which may cause degradation, and in some cases, may result in skin irritation or allergic reactions.

Sunlight/UV Rays: Store your Dollchunk jewelry out of direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause discoloration and degradation. This includes UV exposure during gel and acrylic nail treatments as well as other types of UV light exposure.

Cleaning: Given jewelry is worn in close contact with your skin for prolonged periods of time, it's important to keep your Dollchunk jewelry clean so that oil, dirt, bacteria or other irritants won't build up on your jewelry. This is especially true with rings, which are in direct contact with your skin. We recommend using warm water, a mild dish detergent and a soft cloth to gently clean your Dollchunk jewelry on a frequent basis. Always allow it to dry thoroughly before continuing use.

We also understand that accidents happen. If needed, we will repair your item one time, within one year of your purchase, complimentary at our Doll Hospital. After one year of your purchase date, or if you have subsequent repair needs, we will repair your item as determined on a case-by-case basis with shipping costs and repair costs paid by the customer. Please contact us at customerservice@dollchunk.com.
